Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from within the continental United States. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

 

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Delays and Exceptions

Shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Wilted Wyck Store is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our facility.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. For lost packages, contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided, then reach out to us if you need further help.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.
