1. General Policy
All sales at Wilted Wyck Store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as described below.
Each item is prepared and shipped with care, and every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy under good faith and best intent.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. After review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement of the same item (if available), or

Store credit for the value of the damaged or incorrect item.
Requests submitted after 3 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
4. Shipping Issues
Wilted Wyck Store is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once the package has been transferred for delivery. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or delayed shipments.
